How We Can Help: In a nutshell, we pay cash for real estate and cash flow instruments of any kind. We Buy Properties (Real Estate of All Kinds) and Notes (Any Type). Since 1996 USA Closers has been providing investment and cash flow solutions to thousands of real people looking to sell property and notes quickly. 
 
Approach: We began as a real estate investing firm but saw a need for clarity and transparency in the cash flow industry and in 2004 reorganized the firm as a combination comprehensive real estate and note investing company. We focus in the areas of real estate acquisition and receivables funding (performing and non performing aka "folks who pay their bills as well as those who don't). We serve as both Direct Buyers of Cash Flow Instruments and Real Estate as well as representatives for many of the largest cash flow/receivable investment groups in the country. The USA Closers method involves the successful collaboration of hundreds of professionals with just the right combination of real world experience in sales, marketing, advertising, underwriting, economics, investing, development, banking and finance to make even the most difficult of transactions close seamlessly.
 
Privacy Policy: We do not sell, share,  barter, trade or reveal any information about our clients-PERIOD! In the case of testimonials we receive written approval from our clients in advance and maintain records of all such communique.
  
Inception: The firm began operations under the name USA Diversified Capital Group in September 1996. We purchased this firm (USA Closers Company) just after the devastating attack on the World Trade Center (9/13/2001) initially to help organize capital in the rebuilding effort of the New York financial district but soon realized the need for investors with real world experience, skills and education on what it takes to organize capital in a prudent yet effective manner in spite of apparent economic challenges. We changed the name to USA Closers in 2004 and has served as the main point of contact since.
 
Location: Our corporate office is located in the heart of New York City in the world famous Empire State Building. We also have satellite offices in Houston, Texas and Trenton, New Jersey with plans to open up a dozen more locations throughout the country over the next 16-24 months.

Employees: Because of the nature of real estate and cash flow consulting we simply don’t require a large staff to accomplish our mission. However with operations in New York, Houston and New Jersey we now employ a little over 50 people along with 500+ affiliated property and cash flow scouts spread generously througout the country. The core team of (6) six directors has remained intact while others have come and gone to build their firms. We are immensely proud of them as each of them has become a venture/strategic partner.
 
Strategic Partners: This is where we take the lead over the majority of investment groups. There is a multitude of investors attempting to make money, but we and our students actually do. Our partner’s number nearly 1,500 and are representative of the largest private investment groups in the country. Broken into two groups, the first are for funding/financing deals and the second is for the implementation of any service or solution related to real estate investment and education.
 
What keeps us going: Our team runs off an unlimited supply of passion and discipline. We also just love real estate and the cash flow business.
 
Our contribution to society: We have organized forums to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina & Hurricane Ike acquire the grants necessary to rebuild both their homes and businesses. As a rule our management team donates 10% of all author royalties to charity. Our community outreach program, Smart Business Builders seeks to empower investors, entrepreneurs, businesses and most importantly community via increased grasp of the principles of personal accountability and business development.

Bobbi the Office Dog
Sleep & Relaxation Director
Bobbi has to be the world’s calmest dog. He is famous for just staring at our clients when they are relating their scenario. As soon as they finish he always dashes off and returns with his ball that says “everything is gonna be alright”. Bobbi receives approxiamately 30 e-mails a week. See Bobbi here...

Greg “GJ” Jones
President & Chief Investment Officer
Greg is the supreme wizard of business development and creative investment strategy. A veteran educator, entrepreneur, investor and deal maker with nearly twenty years of experience, a majority of his time is spent analyzing deals, making offers to buy various properties/notes, raising capital and helping others develop their potential as investors and business owners. With deep ties to the advertising and financial markets his capital acquisition system has raised more than a billion dollars globally. GJ is the founder of the ultra effective New York City business networking group, Smart Business Buildersand an award winning presenter/speaker with 10,000+ presentations and 3,500 lectures. He co-developed the mega popular Business Credit Toolbox system and his e-book Guerrilla Credit Guide is an underground best seller (125,000+ sales). His newest book, The Three Games of Credit & How to Win Them is due nationwide in early 2010

Linda is the Queen of the “Silent Millionaire Method”. She is the proud owner of Bobbi the Office Dog and a world class expert on making money while you sleep as an investor. Raised in a family of real estate investors she has over thirty years of experience on what works and what doesn’t work in the game of real estate. Her newest book the Silent Millionaire Method is due Thanksgiving 2010.
 
Donald Atkinson
Vice President & Director of Sales & Business Development
Donald is our resident business development guru. He concurrently serves as President of the Atkinson Financial Group. As a Wall Street insider and broker, he has managed portfolios at E.F Hutton, Sherson and countless other firms . Possessing every license available from FINRA (Formerly NASD) he is an absolute genius at isolating unrecognized jewels in a deal. He was an Investment Advisor and Trader for nearly twenty years before retiring at the early age of 41. He has dedicated his life to the study of financial literacy.  Donald is currently writing a book on his experience on "the Street" titled: Confessions of a Wall Street Insider
