Q: What is cash flow consulting?
A: Cash flow consulting is the technical name for professionals who specialize in the investment and/or brokerage of receivable funding like discount mortgages, settlements, debt, real estate and the like. Q: What is the difference between a “Cash Offer” and an “Instant Offer”?
A: Great question. A “Cash Offer” is just that a full cash offer which if accepted we typically close in 7 days or less depending on the complexity of the deal, while an “Instant Offer” may be both cash and terms. A: The MMI™Method was coined by Greg Jones, one of the firm's founders in an economic paper he wrote on his Principles of Profit Center Development. Simply put, both the MMI™Method and Seller Financing System™ form an approach wherein the fair market value (FMV) of real estate or any asset is maintained through seller financing, and the subsequent note which is created can be purchased in any number of ways. Q: I would like to do a Joint Venture with USA Closers
A: Joint Venture requests are accepted electronically only and may be directed to the JV Support Group. Due to the large amount of requests that we receive, only those projects that are of interest will be contacted. Thank you for your submission
Q: Will you help me raise money for a project?
A: No. We are a cash flow consulting and real estate investment company. We are not an investment bank. Additionally, be very careful when soliciting investors as the S.E.C (Securities Exchange Commission) has very detailed rules about such activity. However, with our Cash Flow Mastermind® service we can provide you with a proven blueprint that you can use to raise the funds you seek.
Q: How can I make money with your referral program?
A: Our referral program is a straight forward $250 for every referral that we close on that was submitted by a third party. However, before we accept referrals from anyone we register the individual/organization first and after both parties have a signed agreement we will accept the referral. Depending on how fast our offer is accepted we can close in a couple of days. Once we close the referral agent is paid. We disburse referral checks every Monday and Friday (except on holidays)
