Q: Are you really just a group of realtors® that want to list my house?
A: Absolutely not. Our firm is a direct buyer of real estate of various types. Although we do flip properties our main investment style is to buy and hold.
Q: What kinds of real estate do you buy?

A: We buy in all 50 states and Mexico as well
Q: What do you mean when say “in any condition”?
A: We mean in whatever condition you are selling the property we are interested in speaking with you. There is never a fee to you (seller)
Q: What if my property has a Department of Health violation or is condemned?
A: No problem. We can still purchase your property in an “as is condition”
Q: Do you purchase luxury and more expensive properties?
A: Yes. We will work with any seller that seeks to sell their property quickly, for any reason and at any price
Q: What if I am behind on my payments by several months, can you help me?

Q: How are you able to purchase properties in the manner that you claim if the country is in the middle of a recession?
A: Great question, however we don’t use traditional banking sources to acquire any of our properties. We have a vast network of private lenders and investors who we partner with
Q: What type of fees do you charge for this service?
A: There is never a fee to the seller.
Q: Will you work with real estate agents?
A: Yes. We work with Realtors®* throughout the country. Unlike many investor groups who find it necessary to beat down realtors to make some absurd point we have a special partnership program for Realtors®, and can help them maintain what we refer to as Market Integrity™ for the properties they are seeking to help their clients buy or sell.
