To be considered for acquisition by our firm the following requirements must be met:
The organization must be at least three years old
The organization must have a valid 501c(3) (No shadow or umbrella organizations)
A website for the company clearly outlining what type of service you offer
Proof of good standing with property owner/landlord, etc
Last two years CPA prepared financial statements and Tax Returns
Report outlining impact measurement of the organization against its annual plan
Bios of all principals for the organization
Complete the Seller Request Form below and one of our cash flow investors will get back to you shortly
